JLD 2027 BOOK RETREAT GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Who can enter: Legal U.S. residents, 18 or older. Void where prohibited.
Entry period: August 26 – September 7, 2026. Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 7 and received by September 15th.
Two ways to enter — one entry per person, equal odds either way:
Free entry by mail. Send a postcard with your name, mailing address, email, and phone to: Johnson’s Literary Depot, c/o JLD Retreat Giveaway, 333 E. Main Street, Johnson City, TN 37601.
Book a JLD Book Retreat, or be an already-booked guest as of August 30, 2026.
Prize: One spot on a 2027 Johnson's Literary Depot Book Retreat, approximate retail value $600. Travel to and from the retreat is not included. Non-transferable, no cash equivalent.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner will be selected at random on September 16, 2026 and notified by email and phone within 3 days. If we can't reach the winner within 7 days, an alternate will be drawn.
